Training is atrocious no one on one dedication nor is there a clear blueprint for success or a clear time frame for how to be successful just a big book/power point 99% self taught/training

Cons

All roles are regional so you can expect to be living out of a hotel for 4-5 months out of the year. Extremely sub par office in Houston. Cost cutting and money saving culture. Way too lean and extremely high turn over rate.
