      Just one bad week after another

      Pros

      Pay and per diem are decent. You can put in a lot of hours if you want with the travel. Hard to get fired because they need people so badly.

      Cons

      Getting to a doctor is a nightmare without using PTO. Turnover is high because they push out problematic machines from the factory for FSEs to fix in the field. If you're a POC, they don't do much to really make you feel included. No promotion opportunities unless you move to WI. (Location set as WI because there's only so many techs in each area of the country, and I prefer to remain anonymous).

      Pros

      Great people to work with, folks who are really dedicated to doing good things!

      Cons

      Leadership is horrible. Lost the CEO, Director of Aftersales, and Sales Director in one huge hit. The ones that are left are just terrible.

      Coworkers are really hard workers and very nice, company events are fun, atmosphere is comfortable, flexible on time off

      Cons

      Upper management is inflexible, pay is below average, company is greedy with money and doesn't like to give raises, and if you're salary you work 24/7. Cassy Berent
