      Good place to learn how to handle stress.

      Pros

      This is a great place to learn how to balance many different tasks. There are many knowledgeable people willing to help when you need it. I learned a good mix of tangible and intangible skills.

      Cons

      What they are getting away with paying people is insane. Very poor onboarding/training process. Not a lot of growth opportunities either.

      Pros

      Great people, fun company. Leadership expects people to take ownership and doesn't micro manage. You shape your own destiny.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side for the job but the benefits are outstanding. If you’re someone that uses health insurance a lot, the bennies make up for the lower pay.
