Pros

People are nice and clients are great.

Cons

Work is not challenging, silo offices are not taken seriously. Career advancement doesn't seem possible unless you are willing to relocate to NYC.

Pros

Benefits, vacation time, work from home, casual attire, annual bonuses, cafeterias in most locations, good opportunities to learn

Cons

Outdated systems, refusal to listen to the people handling day to day responsibilities, not staffed appropriately. There is too high of a workload in disability claims because none of our customers want our standard plan designs or our standard process do we have nothing but time consuming work arounds. It affects our ability to do our jobs correctly because people are so overloaded. They can't focus on quality it's all about quantity.
