Pros

Reasonable wages for all starting positions. Full benefits including life insurance. Flexible schedules that allow for weekends off and a good work/life balance. Relaxed environment.

Cons

Poor Management. Severe lack of fulfillment. Repetitive tasks. Limits to how far and how fast one can move up within the company.

People are nice and clients are great.

Cons

Work is not challenging, silo offices are not taken seriously. Career advancement doesn't seem possible unless you are willing to relocate to NYC.
