Pros

The people are friendly and there are many opportunities to grow. Great compensation and benefit packages. Excellent training.

Cons

It's very political. Like many companies they are closing offices and departments and outsourcing to consultants in order to save money.

Pros

They seem to really care about your development as a person and also in what you want to do in your career. Growth is important to them. They do pretty well with recognizing achievements and seem to be trying to move in the right direction for the right reasons.

Cons

I sometimes felt like I was treated as a child because I was in a call center. Some people that worked there weren't reliable, and so everyone was treated the same - which was fairly micro-managed. A few supervisors there just seemed to be beyond rude. Luckily, none of them were my supervisor.

Pros

Good benefits, poor pay. Talk alot about opportunity but none available. (unless your related)

Cons

I your on a call and your break or lunch arrives you miss your lunch or break, no pay. Same for the end of the day if your on a call you can't hang up, or get written up, but they won't pay you because the OT wasn't preapproved!
