Strong portfolio of products and services Direct involvement and support from the C-Level CEO is eccentric, engaged and listens to his employees Unlimited growth potential Committed, hard working employees are well rewarded (that's why they don't leave).

Cons

The company has a hidden gem in their cloud management platform 'Bruin' It truly differentiates MetTel from its highly competitive telecom services, but a lot of the customers do not even know what it is, and how they can utilize the platform as an existing customer.
