Where to start? The micro managing is out of control. If you hire someone to do a job, let them do their job. Upper management picks who they won't to be supervisors instead of promoting within like they claim they do when you interview. If your not in their "click" or one of there favorites it doesn't matter how hard you work, your not going anywhere. The expectation they set for the employees are extremely unreal. And lastly if you have any questions or problems you need address you mine as well talk to the wall cause that's what your going to get from HR and the payroll dept.

To many cons, but if you're not part of the family or in their click...you are nobody. Health package is so bad you'll will to take the chance of having nothing. It isn't affordable.
