      Pros

      They pay was good, which helped make up for the unrealistic expectations of perfection.

      Cons

      The company changes direction on a whim. Very unstable work conditions.

      Pros

      Decent Pay Co-Workers are great (but dont worry about that they wont last long) Filtered Water in a kitchen that you cant use

      Cons

      Sr Management are all Related to CEO High employee turnover Expensive Health Insurance Poor Benefits No work/personal life balance, you are expected to put in as much overtime as you can without getting compensated No Job security, managers will sooner fire a line employee then take the heat for something they did wrong Managers are unorganized and very often unqualified All employees are always in "fire" mode, and everything is always an emergency

      Pros

      Great company if you are applying for a management, director or executive role.

      Cons

      No appreciation for employees, benefits are very expensive and there is a terrible lack of management in most departments. The company brags about how well they do, but they don't pass anything along to their employees.
