Pros
Limited, unfortunately most of the reviews on here are accurate. There is zero job security or growth prospects, most of the mid/senior management are incompetent and regularly verbally abusive. Thankless environment makes you feel like you are lucky to work there but offers absolutely zero reward for hard work or even recognition.
Cons
While it may feel like you have some job security, I have heard of mass layoffs without warning. You can measure your progress on a day to day basis. They make even salaried full-time employees clock in and out. HR is a joke (no surprise there) except here they are shockingly inept and unfortunately the benefits really are as bad as everyone says (it's cheaper to purchase your own plan). If you really need a job they will pay you but those looking to build a career should look elsewhere. I was told shortly after leaving many mid level managers were abruptly laid off.
