1. Immature and worst management team I ever see, toxic workplace mainly created by management team.
2. They don’t look at actual causes to solve problems but seek alternative solutions to detect the problems. Spend more cost on performing detection tasks is not a problem to them.
3. Employees freedom is limited and always being suspicious at their workplace.
4. Force employees to follow whatever the new rules and regulations being set.
5. Unreasonable security practices in the workplace.
6. Poor benefits, increment and bonus.
7. Lack of workplace transparency and accountability.
8. Talent retention doesn’t seem important to them.
Don’t be fooled by recruiting people. They will tell how good is the company to persuade you to join but in actual fact is not good as what they said. You will know the actual situation once you join the company.
