Pros

Good for getting feet wet in the chemical industry.

Cons

Work could be rather repetitive and sometimes sporadic. Some days we would have nothing much to do. We are not allowed from bringing reading material in to supplement the hours.

1.Salary on time 2.Leave benefits (15 days per calendar year)

Cons

1. Shift work for production 2. No transport for afternoon shifts 3. Lots of manual work. Be prepared to sweat. No aircon environment. 4. Racial discrimination. There are zero Malay workers. 5. Tight security. Cctvs are everywhere. 6. Micromanagement. They track your movement through your access card. 7. Blame culture. 8. No career progression. 9. No opportunity for training and development for employees. 10. Empty promises from management. 11. High employee attrition rate. 12. Unreasonable and demanding bosses that show no appreciation to long serving staffs. 13. Zero team building events. 14. MNC functioning as worst than a SMC. 15. Paper leave forms. You need to track your own annual leaves.
