Weekly pay, short commute to work.

Cons

Everything else. Management plays favorites and when they can not fix a problem. The wrong person/people are singled out. It's all about who you know. A guy there for 20+ years can not get S raise and was asked not to try to apply for a better position. Favoritism at its best
