      Nice people to work with Lots of social events

      Not much room for career progression Work was not very challenging Seemed like employees were just put into roles which needed filling as opposed to what they signed up for

      Good company for start, very helpful people, big product where you can learn basic and advantage C# language structure

      Cons

      Low salary, hard to make things done - you need to wait almost year for new non-critical equipment. You need to watch for your words and with who you speak to.

      Pros

      The people in the company are amazing – there's real talent here. There's also a positive attitude towards learning and development. I have worked for Metapack for long time and this is the best job and company that I have worked for.
