Pros
The company is growing at a rapid rate so there are numerous opportunities for career progression and even changing careers within the company. There are some very smart people who work at MetaPack and the good thing is that every one of them is approachable so its easy to learn about the different areas of the business. There is also a strong work / life balance and the company culture is pretty good, the office is new and modern with good amenities around the area and they provide you with lots of snacks and food so you are well looked after. Good benefits and achievable quarterly bonus too!
Cons
There is some attrition as we grow due to some people not adapting to change, they could have private health care as a benefit but that is something that Management is looking at I believe. If we keep growing at the rate we are at the office could get cramped.
