      This company has an awesome mission statement.

      Cons

      Tenor is rarely a deciding factor on your jobs security. Suppose you've worked for them 25+ years and they can find someone willing to do your same job cheaper, don't be surprised if your hrs are reduced to none without firing you. That's done to avoid having to pay unemployment to an employee. (This never happened to myself)
