Pros

Several locations in the Memphis metro area to choose from.

Cons

Benefits are sub-par. They do give you what they call pto- paid time off. No- this is not your vacation time. This is your EVERYTHING! Forced holidays spread throughout the year, if you happen to get sick... leaves very little time for actual vacation. Retirement is all on you as an associate, but they do actually offer a fairly substantial mach program. Insurance is pretty much a joke, my spouse's company is much better, although what they offer is better than nothing. Culture is horrible, despite regularly contracting outside assistance, nothing actually changes. Leadership (both at the senior and mid levels) do not live the values they preach. Career advancement is null and void unless you happen to be best friends with someone. Rewards are often based on who you know rather then what you know (Aptitude, skill set, experience, tenure... these are unknown words to this organization). This mind set for advancement/reward is easily seen through the inadequate Leadership staffed at all levels of the organization. This company has the worst cliques I have ever experienced in a professional setting. Staff often make assumptions, which creates nonexistent issues, instead of just asking. Competition is out of control and one person will often take credit for something they didn't do. "Teamwork" is like a fairy tale here. It's like working with a group of unprofessional individuals who act like children!

Pros

Flexibility in balancing work and personal life. Very good benefits with a nice 403B match. Good career opportunities

Cons

Communication to Associates about "Big" picture plans, strategies. Seems to get caught up in too many Culture Changing programs recommended by consultants. Leadership often times doesn't live the values that they are selling in their meetings and flyers.
