you can report any one from the upper management that disrespects you. doctors nurses or even the upper admin. its a hca policy

Cons

super under staff and under paid. i get an average of 8 - 9 pts per shift. its just been crazy

They have great benefits and packages that encourage you to promote the company and get others to work at methodist also.leadership and management always keep you informed of new changes that are coming. You always feel like the company has a good direction. Leadership and Managment do everythign that they can to make sure that they are financially responsible.

Cons

Short Staffed and they really need to hire more employees. Recognition and raises based on performance other than just once a year. The pay could be more competative. Also tehy don't like for you to work very much overtime. They also could be more competative with other hospitals in the area in regards to their 403(b) plan.

Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare (MLH) is an organization that continually strives to provide a environment that promotes healthy living and freedom to suggest ideas that saves the organization money. Employees that suggest or implement such ideas, are awarded for them. Leadership is an example of MLH's mission, vision and values and is transparent with associates in regards to most matters.

Cons

Too lean in the IT department. Multitasking is a must. If employed in the IT department, must have the ability to work on multiple projects at once with minimal staffing and expected to complete projects on time regardless of circumstances in most instances.
