      Pros

      People are upbeat and always available to help out.

      Cons

      Ive learned you have to watch your own back. I personally witnessed a manager and some one in administration talk very openly about an absent employees affairs.

      All about the MMH family ... very positive environment and great co-workers.

      It is a smaller hospital and they keep their budgets very tight.

      Pros

      The people are what make this place. Benefits are decent. Management was the best while I was there. Nice physical building top to bottom.

      Cons

      Studer exercises were distracting. The cafeteria was kinda pricey. It's a smaller hospital, so it is tough for them to compete with salaries.
