Very laid back enviroment, every one is friendly.

Cons

Very long hours in PSI day range from 12 to 16 hours in one day, there is not a holidays off, management is unreachable.

Most of the fellow employees make it a fun environment while working.

Cons

Management is not in the best interests of the employees. Only out for themselves and like to "adjust" empyloees final paycheck hours to benefit the company and to ensure, no O/T is collected.
