First, this place is very resistant to change. In the nine years I have been here not once have I seen any of this change. There is no direction, no motivation, they fail to give you a reason to give it your %100. There are A LOT of people in supervisor positions that should have never been placed there in the first place. Worked hard for the college degree? Won't get anything out of it here. They are not up to par with industry standards when it comes to compensation. They can't see to standardize on anything. If you have zero motivation to be promoted or don't feel like advancing your carrier is important to you, then this place would be perfect for you. As a side note, Mrs. Gerali is not to blame, it's the people below all the way down,that are the real issue.
