      Decietful, horrible company that is underrun by a committee & ruled by an evil dictator who hides YEARS of bad behavior.

      Pros

      Metro Wastewater puts on a great first impression, but its all a cover up for what an awful company they really are.

      Cons

      Everything. If you intend to move up in this company, you had better be related to someone or know someone who knows someone. They have a corporate team of attorneys who have and will pay off any discrepancies to cover up the bad behavior of the long term employess and the crap they all "sweep under the rug"

      Decent pay for easy work. Lots of overtime if you want it.

      Cons

      Nasty, spiteful, entrenched lifers. If you have joy in your life, your coworkers will strangle it out of you.

      Pros

      As long as the metro area exists, there will be a need for treatment. If one doesn't mind being in a slow march toward a secure retirement, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Opportunities to move up the ladder are virtually nonexistent. Most people just move laterally to another department.
