Mission, leadership, values, work culture, benefits -- there are a lot of pros. The system has become a leader in pushing for real progress in racial equity. We are expanding, and our future looks promising. We are focusing more on overall health and well-being instead of just medical care. But perhaps the most important pro: Being part of a mission of service to our patients and our community. You feel it every day. The colleagues on the front lines of care are simply incredible.

Cons

The bureaucracy still slows things down on occasion.
