-Don't have to clock in and out -Flexibility around holiday (no seniority to contend with) -$0 copays and deductibles for insurance, couples rates are $270 per month -You can engage in healthy activities and get $100 off of your insurance premiums

Cons

-Do not receive merit raises only cost of living -Union social workers pay outpaces these grant funded positions because they get two raises (merit and COLA) every year, whereas we may get one COLA raise
