      Great efforts to combat COVID and Physician Burn out

      Pros

      -Opportunities to develop a niche -A big enough practice that there is always someone to cover in the event of illness/vacation -robust efforts to combat physician burn out - MetroHealth has really taken care of its staff and the Cleveland community during COVID by having great testing, immunizing us early, and pivoting to telemedicine

      Cons

      - deteriorating physical plant (and I am not sure the transformation is addressing our outpatient building) - Inadequate reimbursement for continuing medical education (CME) expenses and no reimbursement for Ohio medical license expenses
