Pros
MetroHealth is improving and on the rise. The vision for the future is aggressive and not what you'd expect from a county hospital. There's a lot of great people here with a lot of great ideas. From an employee standpoint, they offer good wages, plenty of opportunity, and great benefits.
Cons
The only con I see, as with any public held entity, is how things get done. There's often a lot of procedural activities which add a lot of cost to operations and projects. Not that this is wrong, but there's always room to improve.
