      Pros

      Being a Trauma Center, the work is fast-paced. I am blessed with a fantastic team that is conscientious and diligent, with delivering quality patient care at the forefront. I am proud to say that I am a member of the MetroHealth System and glad I made the decision to join the team.

      Pros

      As a physician at MetroHealth I feel valued and appreciated. My opinion is respected and there are many opportunities for professional and personal development. I can work toward positive change in my community as well as make a connection with my patients as individuals. There is also a great culture of education and teaching. My colleagues are approachable, engaged and helpful in clinical and nonclinical settings.
