      Pros

      Comradarie with fellow employees. Management supports it's employees. I worked in Pathology for 19 years and went to another job. When offered to come back I was very happy.

      Cons

      Issues sometimes become pressing and can frustrate but it all gets resolved with all hands on the wheel.
