Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

No work life balance, management plays favoritism, lack of respect, management will leave you out to rot unless they need something from you.

Pros

It's a nice community based hospital and the staff is pleasant.

Cons

Don't consider working here unless you are a floor sweeper or cafeteria aide. The pay is very poor. Management offers no performance pay increases. You could bend over backwards year after year and they don't consider raises. In fact, when one department exceeded goals year after year, an employee asked for a raise and was told 'No, we don't give raises. This isn't Cleveland Clinic '. When the department does well financially, the only people rewarded are upper management.
