      Pros

      Large organization with multiple departments and subspecialties. Various professionals with a wealth of experience. Community involvement Compensation

      Cons

      There is no value in diversity MetroHealth fired most of their leaders who were black including firing the CEO while she was on leave. The current CEO is not experienced enough to lead such a large system and creates toxic positivity. She tells everyone how great of a job they are doing when things are broken. Very Political System that is very complacent and racist.
