      Pros

      Since joining the MetroHealth System, I have been most impressed by the commitment to our patients not only by supporting them during their immediate healthcare need, but also to help make connections that will help with other challenges they may face in life. Having spent time with our providers and front-line nurses and staff, I have heard directly how committed they are to caring for our patients, their families and caregivers. I am glad to have made the choice to join MetroHealth!

      Cons

      Large organizations often find it difficult to ensure all leaders, providers and staff are aware of the various programs available to them as well as to their customers. MetroHealth has great programs. We have continued opportunity to communicate these programs so that they are more readily available and utilized with increased frequency.
