      Pros

      I wanted to work at a place that makes a positive difference in people's lives, and that's what I found at MetroHealth. This health system not only heals seriously ill and injured patients, it also contributes to the community around it, taking steps to improve lives and the health of the people it serves.

      Cons

      Working in health care is a 24/7 business, so there's not a lot of "disconnected" time, but that would be the case working at any hospital system.
