      The people are like family and really care about each other. Employees care about the mission and have good values.

      Cons

      See people who have physical or health problems and for non-clinical employees, it may be hard to see.

      Initially positive but has now become rather dismal and punishing.

      Pros

      Retirement package among the best in the city. This is what retains most members of the staff Good staff to work with.

      Cons

      Poor communication from leadership. Excessive levels of leadership without any impact on patient care. We do not follow our values Increased emphasis on revenue generation without adequate resources to provide effective patient care. Malignant towards many of their best resources.
