      30 and out employees who stay there even if they don't like the job.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than any health system I have worked for. Vacation and pto (sick time) is seperate allowing you to take a vacation and not worry about using your hours if you need them. Benefits are MUCH less expensive than other health systems I have worked for. Even being less expensive, incentives are offered for being proactive in your health (going to a primary care doctor, getting your teeth cleaned, etc) will get you a discount. You do not lose the discount if you don't lose weight! Retirement benefits are great.

      Cons

      At this time I have not run into any cons. Maybe paying for parking but even that is less expensive than other big health systems in the are.

      great coworkers, dedicated to serving low income people, interesting patients though difficult. opportunities to do a variety of things

      not enough help with paperwork, not enough support staff
