      Pros

      More relaxed environment than other Cleveland area hospitals (not a 'Big Brother'-type feel). Benefits and compensation are great. They also offer tuition reimbursement beginning after 90 days of employment---4k per year for a healthcare-related Bachelors Degree/ 6K per year for Graduate.

      Cons

      The only con I can identify is the area/location-- W 25th is always under construction and extremely busy making commutes difficult at times.
