      MetroHealth has many career advancement opportunities with a focus on hire within. Good benefit package Most of the staff are customer service oriented. fast pace environment

      Depending on the deparment and job function, you may work more hours than you want. Communication between departments is poor. Due to many layoffs and cutbacks, employees are faced with doing more with less.
