      Pros

      Fantastic benefits, very driven and caring workforce

      Cons

      Management structure is very slow to enact change or respond to problems. Understaffed, not sure if by design or managerial negligence. Upper management/executives prioritize pride and image above patient care. Wages are low and stagnant for the right of the work.

      Pros

      Management is nice in my department, they have added nice perks to compensate for all the government cuts being made.

      Cons

      The pay could be better but the government cuts are to blame for that. Could have more flexible work options.

      Pros

      Very political, people in leadership positions gossip about subordinates and each other, etc. They preach diversity and inclusion, but much of the staff is very racist, prejudice, judgmental, and only receive repercussions if the bosses already don't like you. Hypocritical administration, terrible communication, unreliable, liars, manipulative, etc etc etc

      Cons

      benefits are good. Pay used to be good but the system is struggling financially and putting the burden on employees while execs still receive greedy bonuses.
