Pros
Insurance is second to none. People are friendly and down to earth. Doctor's do NOT have the God-Complex
Cons
Management doesnt care about work-life balance. I was understaffed for months and denied growth. Good work ethic is taken advantage of. The preach inclusivity and "our workforce is our true mission statement" but they stop at nothing to protect C-Level bonuses, including bandaiding infrastructure, understaffing, and denying of promotions.
