Pros
Pay is higher than any health system I have worked for. Vacation and pto (sick time) is seperate allowing you to take a vacation and not worry about using your hours if you need them. Benefits are MUCH less expensive than other health systems I have worked for. Even being less expensive, incentives are offered for being proactive in your health (going to a primary care doctor, getting your teeth cleaned, etc) will get you a discount. You do not lose the discount if you don't lose weight! Retirement benefits are great.
Cons
At this time I have not run into any cons. Maybe paying for parking but even that is less expensive than other big health systems in the are.
