I love that Dr. Akram Boutros is a future thinker. Also, I love the response regarding COVID messaging and how honest they have been. The COVID leadership has been extremely transparent to where, I have been in several meetings where Dr. Amy Ray addressed all concerns for all levels of employees. Happy here!

Cons

The downside is that certain levels of leadership does have exhibit empathy for their staff. Also, staff is often afraid to speak out about discrimination practices for the fear of retaliation.
