The way MetroHealth cares for everyone in the community, the way it works with organizations to solve problems others ignore, the way it cares about its patients, its neighborhoods and all of Northeast Ohio, make this the most rewarding work I've done in my 30+-year career.

Cons

Sometimes necessary paperwork slows the good work we're trying to do.

Cons

Lack of communications from senior staff. No advancement opportunities even when encouraged to get a degree. What senior staff says is not what they preach.
