Pros

Health care benefits are decent.

Cons

The point system is the worst. You get points for being sick even when you have an excuse/note from the doctor even when you have several hundred hours banked in your sick account you still get points.

Pros

Don’t have to drive and from 11-2 you can pretty much catch a breathe or two but you pay for it on the back end so don’t take the bait. Just saying

Cons

Very unsafe place to work, unprofessional staff, no training on mental health only nursing. Took two months for hiring process, don’t have tools to do the work. No order, unorganized and inconsistent through and through and lack of communication.

Pros

Friendly staffs, doctors are much nicer than Cleveland clinic. I like the diverse environment. Pay is not bad.

Cons

The management. Employees sometimes overworked. Needs to be more accommodating to nurses who are attending schools
