      Physician-Nurse working relationships, Teamwork, Autonomy, Continued Education, Benefits, Know what to expect because the policy is clear

      Cons

      Communication from administration, Rotating shifts, Policy ruled absence policies (it doesn't matter if you went 5 years without ever calling off, if something happens you are no better then those that abuse call-offs because they WILL follow policy.)
