Not flexible with time off. Limited vacation and personal time. Micro-managing.

Pros

Not really any pros - other than you have a job.

Cons

Management oftens breaks it own rules if they like an employee, People ofter threatren to quit in order to get a raise and generallt it works. There is no other way to get a raise at this company.
