      Pros

      Fun events and break area at the corporate office. Nice and skilled technologists. A few of the Senior Managers, Digital in particular are outstanding.

      Cons

      Executive and Senior management are weak. Their only interest in trading the commodity of people. No foresight, fake culture, and greedy account managers. Matrix Management model is a constant point of contention. Over work and under appreciate talent, and develop corporate strategy on hopes and dreams. Only the handful of people who are at HQ get any of the benefit of the work hard play hard culture those on a client site get the occasional happy hour and a disconnected feeling.

      Pros

      Broad mix of talented and creative individuals both in skill and background. Encourages self-improvement, training, and the role of collaboration as well as "play" (excellent on-site game space) in intellectual inspiration and progress. Great team building events and parties throughout the year, excellent location near Reston Town Center.

      Cons

      Needs more engagement in the private sector to complement vast federal government clientele, and balance existing clients.

      Pros

      Great culture, fun activities, everyone is incredibly smart and work really hard. The owners balance each other well and it is fun to watch a small company grow to a large corporation! This is the place to be right now! They do some many neat, interesting and innovative things from SharePoint, to Mobile Applications to Cybersecurity to Infrastructure.

      Cons

      Not really any cons for this place. Good work life balance, benefits are very competitive and the owners are very in tune with employees
