Pros

-IC's are really hardworking -Salary is high for critical roles -Lots of experienced people (but with no experience working at startups)

Cons

-Management is very condescending -The head of talent thinks that she knows better than everyone else -Certain teams work incredibly hard and late while others come in at noon and leave at 5 -there is a serious lack of accountability at this company

Pros

Laid back, fun work environment. It’s fun being a part of a growing company that listens to feedback & ways to improve without having to go through many layers of leadership. They value quality work. The gym stipend is awesome. Free snacks are a great perk & they often bring in lunches. Really positive place to work! They also are highly competitive with salary. They aren’t afraid to pay for a quality employee. I love the unlimited PTO they offer the salaried employees also! It’s nice to know if I need time off, I can take it!

Cons

There isn’t a pension, 401k match or tuition reimbursement. I’m sure that will come. They do not have the established processes like a large insurance company, but that also is part of the exciting part, you get to have input!

- Never a dull day, as we work on some very interesting and challenging problems - Work-life balance / flexibility to work from home when needed - Culture / co-workers are great - Transparency from leadership - Not a meetings-heavy culture

Cons

- No 401k match or bonus - Lunch provided only three times per week
