Love the office space, casual atmosphere, culture & friendly co-workers! Can't get over how approachable and down-to-earth the execs are Stocked snacks & drinks; free lunches 3 days a week Solid benefits package & fun outside-of-office events Interview process was easy, pleasant & quick (phone screen & 1 onsite)

Cons

Still a young company, but not sure as to how much they promote from within; may not be many opportunities for advancement

Pros

Great environment and culture. Nice office, free food, and great location. A lot of talented people who work together really well. Metromile is picky about whom they hire and with good reason. Lots of potential in the future with additional insurance products.

Cons

Startup life isn't for everyone. Metromile was very unpredictable and sweeping changes were frequent. Still a lot of holes in goal planning, policies, and some of the infrastructure. However, they have the right people in place to keep the company on track.
