Pros

Remote work, flexibility Insurance is very affordable and other benefits are truly great 6% 401K match. PTO. Dental, vision, life, etc. Decent pay Cell phone stipend for some departments but not all

Cons

It is hard to decipher which of these reviews are accurate (to an outsider) considering management demands you leave good reviews for the company. Sift through the overly amazing reviews if you want real feedback. My experience includes both good and bad situations which can be expected with any company. The company is growing immensely fast so everyone is completely overworked and understaffed. Burnout is REAL here. Apply at your own risk depending on your career goals bc again, there are really good things here but there is a lot of toxic people employed here as well. Decent pay but expect to be paid less than new hires if you have been around for a while and don't just expect a raise or bonus either. Most departments get a little 3% yearly raise and Christmas bonus but some departments don't get anything despite workload, experience, seniority, etc. Just depends on where you land! Also expect to be threatened by management (your local mgmnt team, not HR - they may not be aware of this) if you discuss pay with anyone, ever. While many know this is illegal, management does not care. They also think its okay in an interview to ask if you smoke, have back up child care for snow days/when school is out, if you have any health conditions etc. This is also unacceptable and people's resumes have been seen in the trash based on these discriminatory questions. Again, this is on a local management level, not the HR team who may not be aware of the actions of those managers. This company is high stress (due to growth and under staffing/lack of knowledgeable staff/lack of people within the company that actually want to help), high drama (due to no one taking accountability and always wanting to pass issues off to other teams who are also understaffed). No internet stipend for remote workers but if you live in a Metronet area, you do get free Metronet service.

Pros

pay is decent, you can work remotely

Cons

management is one of those companies that really wants to make you think you're appreciated but you aren't, they do a lot to make it seem like they do, but management just boils down to kiss up and you'll progress don't kiss up and you're gonna be stuck
