      Pros

      Good company, they are really try to focus on employees as much as the company and the business. They try to keep a good work life balance. My manager is really honest and straightforward. And everyone I have met since I started has been really nice and supportive. Makes me feel like I am apart of team not just working to get a pay check.

      Cons

      You won’t get a lot of over time if you’re looking for overtime unless they are under staffed. Have to drive far for new hire training.

      Pros

      Good introduction to what not to do as a fiber to the home provider.

      Cons

      high turnover, low pay, poor network design makes more work and more risk for you. Will not pay for experience or skill. Only really worried about numbers- not people. Illegal directives from management. Expectations beyond the role and level of compensation.

      Was A Great Company, Started Hiring Unethical People

      Pros

      Start-up vibe, lots of fun work to perform, “blank canvas” on most everything (able to build team as you wish), most management has open door policy

      Cons

      Began hiring unethical people, was unwilling to promote someone who was an asset to the company leading to myself and countless others leaving because if that absolute rockstar couldn’t get promoted we stood no chance-after telling them the job was theirs then hiring externally, need a shakeup to get the right people in the right seats, unwilling to listen to a lot of their front line and middle management.
