Pros

Good benefits, they provide you with everything you need, decent pay, good chances at OT, decent rewards for working OT.

Cons

Job is overly stressful, there is often a whole lot for 1 tech to do by himself on a job which makes it overwhelming lots, overwhelmed by lots of lots of jobs on a tech (ex. I’ve seen guys with Multiple 8-10s , 10-12s & more before the tech can even do a single job) that is stressful, Why? And then you are rushed to do certain things like install in a 2 hr span period when it takes damn near 30 minutes just for the equipment to even boot up and don’t let you have a long drop oh boy. And then they want us to make it nice and aesthetic but want us to hurry up and rush that isn’t possible for certain people and that don’t make no sense in all reality. Quality Control. Sometimes you get talked to crazily…

Pros

Most of the people I've worked with are great, of course I only know most of them through teams since the company is so spread out.

Cons

Originally thought it was a great job, when I accepted the position, I was told Mon-Fri daytime hours, base pay and commission. 9 months in I come to work and am told I'm now in a new department (no offering me the new position and no options) I now have to go through training again for my new position. I now no longer get commission, only my base pay. And my hours change weekly including weekends. Not only that but now my day is micromanaged to the point they tell me when I can take a break and when I can eat.

Pros

Good medical benefits and some of the people are nice

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, and the inability of leadership to understand the culture comes from the top down and pizza parties don't make up for inconsistent bonus and salary distributions.
